Foyen advises Ronneby Municipality on the sale of a majority stake in its fiber business

Foyen has advised the municipal utility company Ronneby Miljö & Teknik AB in connection with the sale of a majority stake in its fiber business to Nordity Fiber, a dedicated fiber company owned by Infranode.
 
As part of the transaction, the fiber business will be separated into a new company, in which Nordity Fiber will acquire a 65 per cent ownership stake. Ronneby Municipality will remain a shareholder and, together with Nordity Fiber, continue to develop and strengthen the local fiber infrastructure. 
 
Foyen’s team consisted of Andreas Lindström, Jonas Conradsson, Johan Bogren, Ingeborg Forkman and Andriano Södergren, who advised Ronneby Miljö & Teknik AB throughout the transaction process.
