Specialfastigheter is divesting seven properties for a total of SEK 8,230 million to the Swedish Fortifications Agency.
Currently, the properties are fully leased with an annual estimated rental value of approximately SEK 395 million. The transaction includes the properties for the Swedish Armed Forces headquarters at Lidingövägen in Stockholm, the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration headquarters Tre Vapen at Gärdet and the headquarters of the Swedish Defence Research Agency in Kista.
