Modity, one of Sweden’s leading energy trading companies, is now equally owned by the municipal energy companies Jönköping Energi, Kraftringen, Umeå Energi, and Öresundskraft. Foyen acted as legal advisor in the transaction.

Modity Energy Trading AB is one of Sweden’s leading energy trading companies. The owners of Modity Energy Trading AB (Modity), Kraftringen and Öresundskraft, welcome Jönköping Energi and Umeå Energi as new shareholders. Modity is now equally owned by the municipal energy companies Jönköping Energi, Kraftringen, Umeå Energi, and Öresundskraft.
