Foyen Law Firm is further strengthening its position within the Real Assets sector with the appointment of Jan Berg as a new partner, alongside the recruitment of three additional lawyers to the firm’s rapidly expanding Real Assets team. The group, which has worked together for an extended period, consists of attorney Alexander Schröder and associates Linnea Andersson and Joel Öhrn. All join Foyen from Advokatfirman Lindahl, bringing broad experience in commercial transactions as well as projects spanning real estate development, land use, and infrastructure.

“It is with great pleasure that we welcome Jan, Alexander, Linnea and Joel to Foyen. Their expertise, experience and business-oriented approach significantly enhance our capabilities within the Real Assets sector and represent an important step in our continued ambition to be a leading advisor in Sweden’s built environment,” says Maria Wallenborg Ekdahl, CEO of Foyen Law Firm.

As a new partner, Jan Berg will play a central role in developing Foyen’s advisory offering across the Real Assets spectrum. Together with Alexander, Linnea and Joel, he further strengthens the firm’s ability to meet increasing demand from both private and public-sector clients active in real estate, infrastructure development, and related investment projects.

“I am very much looking forward to joining Foyen. The firm’s clear sector focus, strong teams and deep expertise across the Real Assets landscape provide an exceptional platform for supporting clients in driving their business objectives and delivering successful outcomes in complex projects,” says Jan Berg, newly appointed partner at Foyen.

These strategic recruitments form part of Foyen’s long-term plan to expand within areas where the firm is already a market leader. The reinforced Real Assets team will work closely with other specialist groups across the firm, including construction, environment and planning, energy, and public sector advisory.
